About the Role 🔍⚙️

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to support Léonard, our CTO.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of critical projects.

You’ll work on a wide range of technical topics—from designing system architecture to monitoring production issues.

Your Profile 👤🌟

• Backend engineer with 7-10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficient in Python, with a recent and strong mastery of the language.
• Large scope of knowledge beyond backend development: observability, infrastructure, and data engineering are significant pluses.
• Experience with asynchronous systems at scale (80% to 90% of our code runs in background jobs).
• Excited about AI technologies. Bonus if you’ve worked with LLMs but no experience required.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus but not required.
• Based in Paris.
